ADAD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,145 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLX, MIR769, and H2BC9. Each is linked with ADAD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAD2-to-partner and partner-to-ADAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MLX grouped by ADAD2-low versus ADAD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
