ADAD2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p21, Notch1, and ATM. Each is linked with ADAD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAD2-to-partner and partner-to-ADAD2 results are reported.
