ADAD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,006 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC7, GUF1, and SUV39H2. Each is linked with ADAD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAD1-to-partner and partner-to-ADAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDC7 grouped by ADAD1-low versus ADAD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
