Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,473 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLA2, TNFSF13B, and MAP4K1. Each is linked with ADA2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADA2-to-partner and partner-to-ADA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADA2 versus SLA2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
