ADA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E1, PKC-delta_pS664, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with ADA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADA2-to-partner and partner-to-ADA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E1 grouped by ADA2-low versus ADA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
