ADA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BW1, MYOD1, and CBLIF. Each is linked with ADA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADA2-to-partner and partner-to-ADA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BW1 grouped by ADA2-low versus ADA2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
