RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,904 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COLGALT1, P3H1, and CRTAP. Each is linked with ADA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADA-to-partner and partner-to-ADA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
