Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,509 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD86, CD53, and RASGRP3. Each is linked with ADA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADA-to-partner and partner-to-ADA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
