mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,476 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADA-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPE1-MOB4, LINC02348, and MIR6075. Each is linked with ADA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADA-to-partner and partner-to-ADA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
