Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADA-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, JNK_pT183_Y185, and JNK2. Each is linked with ADA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADA-to-partner and partner-to-ADA results are reported.
