Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,320 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of adenosine receptor signaling pathway, Adenosine catabolic process, and Adenosine metabolic process. Each is linked with ADA in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADA-to-partner and partner-to-ADA results are reported.
