ACYP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACYP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACYP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Lck, 4E-BP1_pT37_T46, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with ACYP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACYP1-to-partner and partner-to-ACYP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Lck grouped by ACYP1-low versus ACYP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACYP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACYP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
