ACVRL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACVRL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 948 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACVRL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBF4B, HPGDS, and CENPN. Each is linked with ACVRL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVRL1-to-partner and partner-to-ACVRL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DBF4B grouped by ACVRL1-low versus ACVRL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACVRL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACVRL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
