ACVR2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACVR2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,278 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACVR2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC3, STAG1, and PTK2B. Each is linked with ACVR2B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR2B-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACVR2B versus SMC3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACVR2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACVR2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
