ACVR2B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACVR2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,242 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACVR2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPIRE1, ARL1, and MTRR. Each is linked with ACVR2B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR2B-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACVR2B versus SPIRE1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACVR2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACVR2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
