Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACVR2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,680 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACVR2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ31, RNA5SP422, and NF1P4. Each is linked with ACVR2B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR2B-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR2B results are reported.
