Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACVR2B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACVR2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, RAD51, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with ACVR2B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR2B-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR2B results are reported.
