Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACVR1C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACVR1C data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher ACVR1C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACVR1C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
OV, UCEC, and STAD are the cancer types where ACVR1C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
