Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACVR1B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACVR1B data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ACVR1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACVR1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, KIRC, and HNSC are the cancer types where ACVR1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
