ACVR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACVR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,616 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACVR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GSN, THBS2, and PALLD. Each is linked with ACVR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR1-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACVR1 versus GSN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACVR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACVR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
