ACVR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACVR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,667 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACVR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VIPR1, PMEPA1, and ZNF365. Each is linked with ACVR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR1-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACVR1 versus VIPR1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACVR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACVR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
