ACVR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACVR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,113 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACVR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM138, THRB, and RRP12. Each is linked with ACVR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR1-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM138 grouped by ACVR1-low versus ACVR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACVR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACVR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
