ACVR1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACVR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACVR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with ACVR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR1-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR1 results are reported.
