ACVR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACVR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACVR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6B2, HTR1E, and CETN1. Each is linked with ACVR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR1-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6B2 grouped by ACVR1-low versus ACVR1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACVR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACVR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
