Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACTRT3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACTRT3 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ACTRT3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACTRT3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where ACTRT3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
