ACTRT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTRT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTRT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCGF1, OR1E1, and MIR101-2. Each is linked with ACTRT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTRT3-to-partner and partner-to-ACTRT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTRT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTRT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
