ACTRT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTRT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,068 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTRT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF2C, ORC1, and BAALC. Each is linked with ACTRT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTRT2-to-partner and partner-to-ACTRT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF2C grouped by ACTRT2-low versus ACTRT2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
