ACTRT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTRT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTRT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRTFB, MORC2, and TOP3A. Each is linked with ACTRT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTRT2-to-partner and partner-to-ACTRT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRTFB grouped by ACTRT2-low versus ACTRT2-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
