ACTRT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTRT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTRT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC17A2, MYH8, and FCN2. Each is linked with ACTRT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTRT2-to-partner and partner-to-ACTRT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC17A2 grouped by ACTRT2-low versus ACTRT2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
