Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACTR6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACTR6 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ACTR6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACTR6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, SKCM, and LUAD are the cancer types where ACTR6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
