Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 319 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL17P45, RPL35AP3, and MIR6806. Each is linked with ACTR6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR6-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR6 results are reported.
