Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACTR3BP7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ACTR3BP7 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ACTR3BP7 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACTR3BP7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
HNSC, STAD, and UVM are the cancer types where ACTR3BP7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
