ACTR3B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTR3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,218 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, DNA-templated transcription termination, and XMP metabolic process. Each is linked with ACTR3B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR3B-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes grouped by ACTR3B-low versus ACTR3B-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
