ACTR3B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTR3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBQLN3, OR13C4, and CCDC182. Each is linked with ACTR3B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR3B-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBQLN3 grouped by ACTR3B-low versus ACTR3B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
