Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACTR2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACTR2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ACTR2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACTR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where ACTR2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
