ACTR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTR2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,422 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKCH, TM9SF4, and DMPK. Each is linked with ACTR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR2-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRKCH grouped by ACTR2-low versus ACTR2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
