ACTR1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,092 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRP54, SRP68, and SAMSN1_S23. Each is linked with ACTR1B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR1B-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTR1B versus SRP54 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
