ACTR1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,115 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRABD, TXN2, and TAF9. Each is linked with ACTR1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR1B-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRABD grouped by ACTR1B-low versus ACTR1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
