ACTR1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, 14-3-3_beta, and GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9. Each is linked with ACTR1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR1B-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by ACTR1B-low versus ACTR1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
