ACTR1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTR1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE9, ZIM3, and CLEC4G. Each is linked with ACTR1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR1B-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASE9 grouped by ACTR1B-low versus ACTR1B-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
