ACTR1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,411 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTR10, SLK, and CUL2. Each is linked with ACTR1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR1A-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTR1A versus ACTR10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
