ACTR1A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,185 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are WBP1L, GGTA1, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with ACTR1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR1A-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTR1A versus WBP1L in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
