ACTR1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,871 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00428, RNU6-532P, and SNORD116-10. Each is linked with ACTR1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR1A-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00428 grouped by ACTR1A-low versus ACTR1A-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
