Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACTR10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACTR10 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ACTR10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACTR10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where ACTR10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
