ACTR10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,249 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP3, PPP2R5E, and CDC42BPB. Each is linked with ACTR10 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR10-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTR10 versus FKBP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
