ACTR10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,667 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR10-associated genes across cancer lineages are HROB, TPX2, and CDKN3. Each is linked with ACTR10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR10-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTR10 versus HROB in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
