ACTR10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTR10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 526 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR10-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9Q2, MIR6765, and OR10J3. Each is linked with ACTR10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR10-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9Q2 grouped by ACTR10-low versus ACTR10-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
