ACTR10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTR10 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,692 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTR10-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAZ2A, MTMR3, and GINS1. Each is linked with ACTR10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTR10-to-partner and partner-to-ACTR10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BAZ2A grouped by ACTR10-low versus ACTR10-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTR10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTR10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
