ACTN4P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTN4P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,980 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTN4P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPHA10, CCDC62, and ARHGAP33. Each is linked with ACTN4P2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTN4P2-to-partner and partner-to-ACTN4P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTN4P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTN4P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
