Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTN4P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,834 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACTN4P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete regulation of histone modification, Methylation, and Regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with ACTN4P2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTN4P2-to-partner and partner-to-ACTN4P2 results are reported.
